Refund Policy

At D & S Innovations LLC, we operate on a contingency-based model. This means you pay no upfront fees — our fee is only collected after we successfully recover your surplus funds. Because of this structure, refunds are rare but may apply under certain circumstances as detailed below.

1. No Upfront Fees

We do not charge any upfront or advance payments for our services.
All fees are deducted only after surplus funds are released and disbursed by the county or appropriate government agency. Therefore, refunds generally do not apply to our standard process.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.

  • If funds were collected or transferred incorrectly due to a processing mistake by our team.

  • If a payment was processed despite a client’s valid cancellation made prior to claim submission.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed services where county disbursement has already occurred.

  • Disputes based on county delays or claim denials are outside of our control.

  • Client dissatisfaction with outcome timing or county procedures.

 

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction date.

Submit refund requests to:

  • Your full name

  • Contact information

  • Claim reference (if available)

  • Description and reason for your request

We will review and respond to all refund requests within 10 business days.

 

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain administrative or filing expenses (e.g., government filing fees, notary charges, or postage) may be non-refundable once incurred, even if a claim is later withdrawn or denied.

We may revise this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
